Keputusan tersebut menetapkan kewajiban Budi untuk membayar pajak daerah dalam jumlah yang dianggapnya terlalu tinggi.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Budi merasa dirugikan oleh keputusan tersebut dan merasa bahwa kewajiban pajak yang dikenakan tidak sesuai dengan peraturan yang berlaku.
